ResiXperts Promotes Alyssa Porta and James Teixeira to Regional Manager
New leadership structure adds hands-on support for ResiXperts’ growing family of brands across the Southwest
ResiXperts, a fast-growing platform of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical companies, is proud to announce the promotion of Alyssa Porta and James Teixeira to Regional Manager — a new leadership structure created to keep pace with the company’s continued growth and deepen support for its local brands across the Southwest.

Meet the New Regional Managers
Alyssa joined ResiXperts in August 2025 as the company’s Vertical Growth Leader, where she led the charge in standing up new verticals across the platform. Alyssa brings more than a decade of experience turning strategy into real results — from leading a $20M+ home services brand generating over $4M in EBITDA, to managing a $30M+ semiconductor operation and driving $9M in organic revenue growth. Known for pairing sharp operational thinking with a genuinely people-first leadership style, Alyssa is a natural fit to support and grow local leaders across the platform.
James joined ResiXperts in September 2025 as Operations Excellence Leader, partnering with the platform’s leaders to sharpen performance and accelerate growth post-acquisition. James brings more than a decade of leadership experience in residential construction and home services, including senior roles at Groundworks overseeing operations exceeding $200 million in revenue, where he launched new branches and turned around underperforming locations. His hands-on experience owning a general contracting firm gives him a unique, ground-level understanding of what drives long-term success in the field.
Together, Alyssa and James will work directly with ResiXperts’ local leaders to provide the coaching, resources, and support needed to keep growing — the right way.
