ResiXperts Acquires Simply Cooling, Heating & Plumbing, Marking Official Entry into Nevada
Simply Cooling, Heating & Plumbing Finds the Right Partner to Take What They’ve Built to the Next Level
ResiXperts, the Southwest U.S.’s leading residential home services platform, today announced the acquisition of Simply Cooling, Heating & Plumbing, a residential HVAC and plumbing services provider serving the greater Las Vegas metropolitan area. The acquisition is ResiXperts’ 17th since its founding in 2023, marking the company’s first entry into the state of Nevada.
Simply was founded by Daryl Payne and Mike Daigneau and operates with a team of approximately 90 employees across HVAC and plumbing services in the Las Vegas market. The Las Vegas metro is one of the largest and fastest-growing residential service markets in the Western U.S., and Simply’s established presence makes it the right platform to anchor ResiXperts’ Nevada operations.
