John Joseph has been Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ResiXperts since its founding in May 2023. Previously, he was CEO of American Restoration building a $250M multi-regional company through acquisitions and organic revenue growth and was COO of Aftermath Services where he grew revenue 25% annually. John was Area General Manager for 5 states for Tyco Integrated Security and had multiple national Vice President of Operations positions for ADT.

Michael Monoson is Chief Marketing Officer at ResiXperts, managing demand and lead generation strategy for our companies. He is creating a ResiXperts marketing playbook using platform and agency partners to deliver growth with data-driven marketing across a broad range of channels. Michael has 25-years of marketing experience most recently as VP of Digital Marketing & Ecommerce at Empire Today where he drove significant revenue growth for nearly a decade.

Michael Heims is the Partnership Development Manager at ResiXperts, where he leads discussions with residential Heating and Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical companies that are seeking a strategic partner. Previously, he played a key role in growing a residential and commercial services platform from $20M to $250M of revenue through eight acquisitions and organic growth. Michael also brings a wealth of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, and venture capital / startups.

Jason Martinez is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at ResiXperts. He brings over two decades of expertise in sales and operational leadership, with significant experience managing large teams across various markets, including residential, small business, and commercial services. Jason has successfully led numerous integrations, merging local team offices from different companies and multiple state markets into cohesive, consolidated programs through standardized processes and procedures. Prior to his current role, he was the Vice President of Sales at National Fire & Safety. There, he was responsible for centralizing sales operations for nine acquired companies and developing and executing a strategic sales strategy to enhance market share and revenue. Previously Jason has had Area General Manager and General Manager roles with ADT and Brinks.

Richard Fowler is the Chief Financial Officer at ResiXperts. He brings more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance and accounting, leading teams in the technology, consumer products, building products distribution, and retail industries, with both Public and private equity-backed companies. In his previous role as VP of Finance with Architectural Surfaces Group, he led his team through a go-private transaction with a private equity sponsor as well as the purchase and integration of a number of acquisitions that expanded both the geographical reach and product portfolio of the company. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in both Arizona and Texas.
